TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
The glass is definitely half full! I realize that all of us experience life challenges that seem to pull down our spirits and cause us to be despondent and hopeless. Each of us has a set of beliefs and expectations that help to manage these bumps in the road. I assist others with developing a roadmap for success using active listening, honesty, encouragement, support, empowerment, and respectful humor. Through the process of therapy, I assist others with filling their glass so that they can live an enjoyable life.
